Definition of Personally Identifiable Information
For the purposes of this statement “personally identifiable information” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual who is the subject of the information.
Providing Personally Identifiable Information
Users do not have to routinely provide personal information to visit the Website or to download information. The Service Providers utilizing the Website may request personally identifiable information from you in order to provide requested specialized services, but such information is handled as it would be on an in-person visit to their office.
Personally Identifiable Information Available
The IP (Internet Protocol) numbers of computers (servers) used to visit the Website is noted as part of our statistical analysis on use of our Website so we may better design services and improve access to them. However, the Website does not attempt to gain personally identifiable information on individual users and associate them with IP addresses.
Restrictions on the disclosure of customer information
Our users are important to us. We do not sell or rent our users’ information to any outside company or organization not participating on our Website network. We do not reveal specific information about users or other personally identifiable data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent use, except:
if required to do so by law; or we believe it’s needed to detect, prevent or address fraud, security or technical issues; or
otherwise protect our property, legal rights, or that of others.
We endeavour to ensure that we collect only the minimum amount of information needed to meet the purpose for which the network was created.
Various websites may be linked through the Website. Visitors to those sites are advised to check the privacy statements of these sites and be cautious about providing personally identifiable information without a clear understanding of how the information will be used. Visitors may also wish to consult privacy guidelines such as those recommended by the Online Privacy Alliance.
Use, collection, and retention of customer information at the Website
For each visitor, we do collect information about the Internet Protocol (IP) address, type browser used, the date and time of the visit, and the IP addresses of the locations to which the visitor linked during his or her visit to our Website. This information is strictly used for statistical reporting purposes.
We only collect, retain and use personal information where we believe it is essential (and allowed by law) to administer our business and to provide products, services and other opportunities requested by our customers, the Service Providers utilizing the Website.
We may accept online payments on this Website. We have taken many steps to ensure the security of all transactions and credit card information including transmission, processing and storage of credit card details are secure and compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).
Web Analytics and Cookies
You can opt-out of analytics activity by setting your browser to notify you when a cookie is sent and block analytics cookies if desired. Please consult your browser’s Help Menu for instructions. Visiting our Website with analytics cookies disabled will have no significant impact on your browsing experience.
Google currently offers a free Google Analytics opt-out tool for Internet Explorer (versions 7 and 8), Google Chrome (4.x and higher), and Mozilla Firefox (3.5 and higher).
We also use session-based cookies on our Website to process requested services (e.g., program registration). A session-based cookie is a small file that stores information, but is discarded when the user exits the browser. The Website uses this method in order to collect data that is not personally identifiable, ensuring it is used for statistical reporting purposes only.
Protection of information via established security procedures
We seek to protect your Personal Identifiable Information from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures based on the type of Personal Identifiable Information and how we are processing that data. You should also help protect your data by appropriately selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism; limiting access to your computer or device and browser; and signing off after you have finished accessing your account. Although we work to protect the security of your account and other data that we hold in our records, please be aware that no method of transmitting data over the internet or storing data is completely secure. We retain Personal Identifiable Information about you for as long as you have an open account with us or as otherwise necessary to provide you and the Service Providers with our services and Website. In some cases, we retain Personal Identifiable Information for longer, if doing so is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or collect fees owed, or is otherwise permitted or required by applicable law, rule or regulation. We may further retain information in an anonymous or aggregated form where that information would not identify you personally. Improvements in Internet security occasionally cause older browsers to be unable to connect to some third-party websites. This is for the protection of our users. If your browser is unable to make a secure connection, please consider upgrading your browser if you wish to access protected content.
Limiting employee access to information
All of your Personal Identifiable Information that we collect may be transferred to a third party if we undergo a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or other transaction in which that third party assumes control of our business (in whole or in part). Should one of these events occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your information becomes subject to different privacy and security policies and practices.
Data that is Not Personal Identifiable Information
We may create aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data from the Personally Identifiable Information we collect, including by removing information that makes the data personally identifiable to a particular user. We may use such aggregated, de-identified or anonymized data and share it with third parties for our lawful business purposes, including to analyze, build and improve the services, Website and promote our business, provided that we will not share such data in a manner that could identify you.

Please note that we may process Personal Identifiable Information of our customers’ end users or employees in connection with our provision of certain services to our customers. If we are processing your Personal Identifiable Information as a service provider, you should contact the entity that collected your Personal Identifiable Information in the first instance to address your rights with respect to such data.
You have the right to request certain information about our collection and use of your Personal Identifiable Information over the past 12 months. In response, we will provide you with the following information:

If your deletion request is subject to one of these exceptions, we may deny your deletion request.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise the rights described above, you or your Authorized Agent (defined below) must send us a request that (1) provides sufficient information to allow us to verify that you are the person about whom we have collected Personal Identifiable Information, and (2) describes your request in sufficient detail to allow us to understand, evaluate and respond to it. Each request that meets both of these criteria will be considered a “Valid Request.” We may not respond to requests that do not meet these criteria. We will only use Personal Identifiable Information provided in a Valid Request to verify your identity and complete your request. You do not need an account to submit a Valid Request.

These Cookies allow those third parties to receive information about your activity on our Website that is associated with your browser or device. Those third parties may use that data to serve you relevant ads outside our Website on other websites you visit. To our knowledge, we do not sell the Personal Identifiable Information of minors under 16 years of age.
We Will Not Discriminate Against You for Exercising Your Rights Under the CCPA
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the CCPA. We will not deny you our goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, or provide you a lower quality of goods and services if you exercise your rights under the CCPA. However, we may offer different tiers of our services and Website as allowed by applicable data privacy laws (including the CCPA) with varying prices, rates or levels of quality of the goods or services you receive related to the value of Personal Identifiable Information that we receive from you.
